Creative Producer
|
REQUIRED. The Creative Producer is responsible for the project as a whole. They write the story narrative or concept of the film, find the location, assemble the team, and organize all parties for the film shoot. They communicate with the cinematic director, stage director, all techs on set, and the editor to maintain project cohesion. |

Film Shoot Director
|
REQUIRED. The Director directs the musicians, actors, and extras on set. They work with the cinematographer, all directors, and editor to maintain project cohesion. |
|
|
Cinematic Director |
REQUIRED. Cinematographer / Director of Photography, works closely with the Creative Director to create the shots according to the vision of the film. They also film desired shots and direct the shots of camera persons on set. |
|
|
Camera Operator |
REQUIRED. A camera person, aka videographer, is responsible for capturing the scenes that are given to them according to the storyboard (if present) or overall vision of the film. They're skilled technicians with an eye for focus and know-how of the operation of their camera and light settings.

|
Lighting Tech |
REQUIRED. The lighting tech orchestrates the lighting and ambience for the film, and provides all necessary lights, shade structures, and lighting equipment. |

|
Sound Tech |
REQUIRED. The sound tech runs sound for the film. For music videos, they run all cues and playback. For live videos, they often assist in recording the live sound of the musicians' performance. |
|
|
Sound Engineer |
OPTIONAL. The sound engineer records sound for the film, if you're shooting a live song or live mini-concert. They also mix the audio for the film, and send you the finished song to release on your own music page. The mix is extra (see below). |

Sound Mixing |
OPTIONAL. The live music recorded during a "live audio" style video will be mixed and set to you as a finished song to release on your own music page. |

|
Production Assistant |
REQUIRED. A Project Assistant is required on set for when the producer, directors, and camera operators all have their hands full and need assistance with various tasks. These paid interns move props, help set up and pack up, and are generally handy with equipment. They are also responsible for tending to the needs of the band or musician clientele and keeping everyone hydrated during the shoot. |

Video Editor |
REQUIRED. The Video Editor takes all of the footage from several different camera angles, syncs the footage with the audio of the song, and puts it all together into one seamless film. They work with the Cinematographer and Creative Director in post-production to bring the vision or storyboard to life. |

Script & Storyboards |
RECOMMENDED. The Storyboard visually portrays each shot of the film to include every movement, action, camera angle, camera movement, and all while maintaining the expression of the necessary plot points in the story. |
|
|
Set Dresser |
RECOMMENDED. The Set Dresser places props and positions furniture or set objects around the space in a way that is visually pleasing to the camera, and also allows for movement from the dancers and actors. |
|
|
Prop Fee |
RECOMMENDED. This fee covers the cost of all props used to set the stage for the film, and make the environment feel real. Props are either rented or bought second-hand to fit within this budget. |

Costumes
|
RECOMMENDED. Costumes are either rented or bought second hand for everyone in the film under this budget. |
|
|
Dance Choreography |
EXTRA. The choreographer composes dance & movement for the production, works with the Film Director on the staging of other players in the film, leads dance rehearsals, and directs dancers on the day of the shoot. |

|
Dancers |
EXTRA. Dancers have experience performing and embodying dance direction from a choreographer, as well as the ability to pick up same-day choreography.

|
Actors |
EXTRA. Actors portray the story of the song on screen. Our actors have experience performing on camera and are excellent with taking direction. |

Actor/Dancer Rehearsals |
EXTRA. The price is for one rehearsal before the day of the shoot. |
|
|
Costumes (custom design) |
EXTRA. Custom costumes are designed and fabricated to fit the body and the style of each costumed player in the film. Price includes the design, materials, and fabrication of costumes for 4 people. |

Set Design |
EXTRA. Custom Set Design is where we create a world for the screen using custom-built set pieces. This adds a one-of-a-kind look to your film.

Video Promotion Consultation |
EXTRA. Have an online video chat session with a professional to learn how to promote your finished video! We'll cover online exposure, building an online audience, sharing your video in different formats on different platforms, physical promotion, as well as writing press releases and submitting your video for publication in music magazines and blogs. |
